Additionally, Caughlin Ranch remains consistently popular.

It has long been established as a representative mid-range residential area in Reno, characterized by many trees and a stable neighborhood atmosphere.

Recently, Damonte Ranch South has also been gaining attention.

New home construction is ongoing, and the school district is relatively good, making it a popular choice for young families. Prices are around $550,000 to $800,000, which is less burdensome than the previously mentioned luxury areas, but the satisfaction of living there is quite high.

However, many people judge solely based on housing prices, but what comes after is even more important.
