Recently, the rental trend has maintained a gradual increase, but it is still considered stable compared to other metropolitan areas.

Although the Korean population in Syracuse is not large, a small community has formed around Syracuse University, consisting mainly of international students and faculty, who generally prefer 2-bedrooms in DeWitt or Fayetteville.
