Employment Law Representation Focused on Protecting Employee Rights - Philadelphia - 1

For more than two decades, Attorney Marc E. Weinstein has dedicated his practice to protecting the rights of employees and individuals facing workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage disputes, and other employment-related legal challenges.

Throughout his career, Mr. Weinstein has achieved significant results for employees in both state and federal courts. His accomplishments include helping secure a landmark Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision establishing a duty of care for companies conducting employee drug testing, obtaining substantial jury verdicts on behalf of wrongfully terminated employees, and successfully representing workers in age discrimination and retaliation cases.

Among his notable achievements, Mr. Weinstein secured a jury verdict that included $750,000 in emotional distress damages for an unlawfully terminated employee and later won an age discrimination and retaliation case that resulted in a doubled recovery after a jury determined the employer acted willfully.

His dedication to excellence has earned him recognition as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year from 2019 through 2026, an honor reserved for only the top 5% of attorneys in the state.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Weinstein has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to community service. He served for 14 years on the Board of Trustees of Green Tree School in Philadelphia, supporting educational opportunities for children with developmental disabilities. He was also honored by the Bucks County NAACP with the Rev. H.M. Satterfield Award for his efforts to advance social justice and equality.

Mr. Weinstein earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
