The design was done by Davis and Brooks, and the exterior is finished with brick and Bethel white granite. This massive space, measuring 7.6 meters (25 feet) wide and 46 meters (150 feet) long, is designed to allow natural light to pour in from above. The basement features Guastavino tile vaulting, a technique frequently used in early 20th-century American architecture, which holds significant historical value.
