Without extreme variables like a sudden influx of population or supply shortages, the rental market has been flowing calmly, and this stability may be the greatest advantage of the Oklahoma City rental market.

If you are considering moving to Oklahoma City, I would recommend initially looking around Edmond or Norman. These areas have low rent burdens while also offering good school districts and community infrastructure, making them suitable as your first settlement in the U.S. While the convenience of new downtown apartments is attractive, taking your time to adapt with a budget in mind may be a wiser long-term choice.
