Ultimately, if I were to choose a hotel in Hartford, I would think like this: if you have important guests and are using the convention center, go for Marriott Downtown; if you want the convenience of the Hilton brand at a slightly lower price, choose DoubleTree; and if the atmosphere is important, then Goodwin.
