Is Tzuyu's Beauty Secret Blood Circulation? The Secret Behind Her Always Graceful Posture - Las Vegas - 1

Living in Las Vegas makes it harder to not pay attention to appearance.

Just going to hotels or shopping malls, you see so many people dressed beautifully, and when you turn on the TV, there are so many pretty celebrities.

Recently, while watching Tzuyu from TWICE, I thought, "Why does Tzuyu look so graceful even when she's just sitting still?"

Of course, her face is naturally beautiful. She has big eyes, a small face, and long limbs, which are all great features.

But if you look closely, Tzuyu has another noticeable characteristic: her posture.

When she stands, her shoulders are not slumped forward, and her neck is not jutting out.

Even when sitting, she often maintains a natural upright position rather than slouching.

This makes her not just have a pretty face, but her whole presence looks neat and well put together.

In the past, when talking about celebrities known for their good posture, Seohyun from Girls' Generation, Seolhyun from AOA, and Tzuyu from TWICE were often mentioned.

All three share the common trait of being tall, but they also impressively maintain an upright posture whether standing or sitting.

This made me wonder: does good posture help with blood circulation, making the face look healthier and prettier?

It's clear that moving the body naturally and maintaining a comfortable posture is better for physical function than staying hunched over for long periods.

On the other hand, if you spend all day looking at a computer or phone with your neck forward and shoulders hunched, certain muscles remain tense.

Your body becomes stiff, and staying in the same position for too long isn't good.

I can tell on days when I stare at my phone all day when I look in the mirror.

My chin juts out, my shoulders are rounded, and my neck looks short.

This makes my face appear larger and gives an overall tired look.

Conversely, if I straighten my back and slightly tuck in my chin, my expression changes remarkably.

My neck looks longer, and my shoulders appear more defined. There's no need to force my chest out.

Just standing naturally with my head aligned over my shoulders and torso makes me look much more polished.

Perhaps this is a big part of the aura that Tzuyu exudes.

Especially for tall people, if their posture is off, they can appear bulkier or awkward, but Tzuyu's long neck, shoulders, and waist create a natural line.

So even in ordinary clothes, she looks great.

Good posture doesn't change the shape of your face. It's not like you'll suddenly look like Tzuyu just by correcting your posture.

However, it definitely seems to enhance the natural beauty that a person already has.

In the past, it was all about what products to put on your skin and what makeup to wear, but these days, basic habits like getting enough sleep, moving often, and standing up straight feel more important.

Watching Tzuyu made me realize this anew.

While I envy her pretty face, I find myself envying her graceful posture even more, especially when she's sitting without a care.

Starting today, I'll try to pay attention to my shoulder and neck posture, not just my face, when I look in the mirror.
