The Korean community is larger in Orlando or Tampa, so Fort Myers seems to attract those prioritizing climate and rental affordability over community amenities.

If Korean families are looking for a warm climate and relatively low rents, Fort Myers is a viable option to compare with Cape Coral. It is advisable to budget considering hurricane season insurance costs.
