When frying shrimp, French fries, or even fried chicken, using coconut oil makes them crispy on the outside and moist on the inside!
The subtle coconut aroma is a delightful bonus.
Most importantly, the oil doesn't feel heavy after frying.
It also has less greasy taste.

And surprisingly, when reused, it doesn't smell much.
Usually, reusing oil after frying once feels unpleasant.
But if you filter it cleanly, it's quite good.
Of course, I wouldn't recommend using it too much.

There are rumors that it's good for health, and that part is true.
Coconut oil contains MCTs, medium-chain fatty acids,
which are not stored in the body but used directly for energy.
So for those on a diet,
they eat a spoonful on an empty stomach or add it to black coffee for bulletproof coffee.

I tried it too.
I can't eat it by the spoonful, but adding it to coffee makes it quite nice.
It's nutty and smooth.
But drinking bulletproof coffee really keeps me from feeling hungry.
And strangely, it makes bathroom visits easier.
Well... feeling good inside makes life easier. Haha

It's also great for beauty purposes.
In winter, when my legs feel like snake skin after a shower, coconut oil has been the best remedy.
Applying a little as a body lotion gives a nice shine! I always have coconut oil on my bathroom shelf.

Of course, there are downsides. It solidifies on colder days.
But you can just scoop it out with a spoon,
and while some might dislike the scent, I now love it.
Especially when cooking, the smell in the kitchen makes me feel good.

Coconut oil, I was skeptical at first, but now it's an essential item in my kitchen.
For popcorn lovers, frequent fryers, health-conscious individuals,
and even for dry skin, it covers all bases!

One of the small joys I discovered while living in America.
It all started with a bottle of coconut oil.
If you haven't tried it yet, when you go grocery shopping this weekend,
just add a bottle of coconut oil to your cart.
You really won't regret it.
