It takes about 15 minutes to reach the King of Prussia mall and 40 to 50 minutes to get to Philadelphia International Airport, so the convenience of travel is quite good.
However, it is important to note that while there are SEPTA bus routes, living without a car can be inconvenient. Overall, for those looking for a balance between housing costs and quality of life in Montgomery County, Blue Bell is definitely a neighborhood worth exploring.
