From a practical standpoint for Korean households, unless the prestigious school district and safe environment of Blue Bell are absolutely necessary, I recommend considering North Wales or Ambler as alternatives. If prioritizing children's education, the rent premium in Blue Bell is a justifiable investment, but if you want to reduce rental burdens, commuting from nearby affordable areas could be a realistic option.
