Everyone prays to God when life gets tough and blocked.

"Please make me happy." "Please let me earn money." "Please grant me health."

However, no matter how earnestly we pray, it is rare for bundles of money to fall from the sky or for a serious illness to suddenly be cured miraculously.

So some people get disappointed and think, "God does not listen to my prayers."

But that is not the case. God is always responding.

It's just that we 'fail to recognize' that response.

People tend to pray with a fixed idea of how the outcome should be.

They think, "My prayer is only fulfilled if it happens this way," so they fail to notice responses that come in different forms.

For example, if you pray for happiness, God might send good people into your life instead of solving everything at once.

If you ask for money, instead of a jackpot that could lead to misfortune, a new opportunity arises.

Yet we still grumble, "Why hasn't the money come yet?"

Ultimately, God gives us 'opportunities,' not 'results.'

It is solely up to us to seize those opportunities.

People with deep faith can certainly read God's touch even in small changes in life.

They are grateful for a person they suddenly meet, a book they happen to read, or even a trivial event.

They do not expect God to throw bundles of money at them.

Instead, they follow the quiet guidance of God's finger pointing, "If you go this way, you will find abundance."

And at the end of that path, they will fully enjoy grace.

Conversely, no matter how hard they pray, if they cannot read the signs, it is useless, even if God responds.

The answer to prayer always comes in the form of 'opportunity.'

It does not manifest in our hands but appears as realizations in our hearts or changes in our surroundings.

So after praying, we should cultivate the ability to see not "When will it happen?" but "What signals are being given to me right now?"

God wants us to stand up on our own.

If we pray for money, new business ideas will come to mind; if we ask for health, we will be inspired to exercise.

If we seek happiness, we will start to appreciate the people around us.

The response is already within us.

However, foolish people fail to see it as a miracle and complain, "Why hasn't anything happened yet?"

God's responses are always quiet and ahead of human desires.

Thus, only those who can catch it can truly enjoy grace.

Prayer is not just a time to express wishes, but a time to open our hearts to hear God's whispers.

When we learn to hear that voice, we need the wisdom to realize that God's response has already begun.
