President Donald Trump stated in his inauguration speech on January 20, "The golden age of America has just begun," announcing strong policies based on 'America First'.

Trump indicated that he would sign an executive order related to strengthening border control immediately after his inauguration and declared a national emergency.

He declared, "We will immediately stop all illegal immigration and designate foreign gangs and drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations." He also expressed his intention to crack down on criminal organizations by invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. He announced tough measures, including deploying the military to the border.

Energy policy was also a significant focus. Trump declared a "national energy emergency," promising to accelerate the development of oil and natural gas to control soaring energy prices. At the same time, he expressed his ambition to achieve economic growth by exporting American resources worldwide. He referred to oil and natural gas as "liquid gold beneath our feet" and emphasized that they would be the core driving force of the American economy.

Additionally, Trump announced plans to increase government efficiency by abolishing diversity policies and various regulations introduced by the Biden administration. Notably, he revealed a specific plan to establish the External Revenue Service to secure substantial tax revenue from abroad, aiming to return wealth to American citizens.

Particularly striking was his mention of the Panama Canal. He criticized that despite the U.S. sacrificing vast resources and 38,000 lives to build the canal, it was "foolishly handed over to Panama." He also pointed out China's deep involvement in the canal's operation, emphasizing that "we must reclaim the canal."

One of Trump's key moves was to nullify major actions taken by the Biden administration. He signed an executive order canceling the removal of Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism and made decisions such as postponing the enforcement of the TikTok ban. He also granted pardons and sentence reductions to 1,500 individuals involved in the Capitol riot, sending a message to his support base.

These executive orders unfolded alongside Trump's inauguration, demonstrating his strong will to rapidly shift the direction of U.S. policy centered around 'America First'.
