However, there's a reason why the rent is low in this area, so it's important to visit and get a feel for the neighborhood. I've regretted making decisions based solely on price in the past.

North Fort Worth has an average rent of $1,596, which is on the higher side compared to the city average, but it has many newly developed complexes and decent school districts, making it popular among families considering a move. This choice leans more towards quality of life rather than just cost-effectiveness. Ultimately, Fort Worth rentals can range from the $700s to the $1,600s depending on what you're looking for. Don't just chase the numbers; make sure to explore the neighborhoods in person to avoid regrets.
