Features: A key building in the Hudson Yards development project, it includes offices and an observation deck.
Currently, there are only 6 buildings in New York City that are over 80 stories tall, and it is rare for planned buildings to exceed 80 stories.
This is because recent architectural trends focus more on efficient space utilization and design rather than height.
